The 2+U office tower located on the corner of Second and Union in downtown Seattle features 686,000 square feet of Class A office space as well as retail and outdoor covered open space. ATS provided control of the DOAS system, central plant chilled beams, heat recovery, condenser water system, AHUs, garage ventilation, lighting control, and more.
The building features a 19-story podium and a 38-story tower with unobstructed views of Elliot Bay. The podium, lifted 85 feet from street level, provides an open-air public gathering area with retail shops. The facility is LEED Platinum Core and Shell certified and Well Health-Safety rated.
