This renovation project includes a hotel, condominiums, and a retail area. ATS provided Alerton controls for the common areas, and the central plant made up of hot water boiler, DWH, Fluid Cooler with pumping systems.

Hotel Monaco
The award-winning Hotel Monaco, located in downtown Seattle, tasked ATS with investigating, developing and implementing energy-saving measures with a financial payback of five years or less. ATS not only reduced Hotel Monaco’s energy consumption while upgrading the Alerton Energy Management and Control System, but provided a financial payback of 2.4 years with a 41% return on investment for the project.
Hyatt Hotel and Olive 8 Residences
This mixed use project consists of 39 total floors including 22 floors of residential units, a full scale luxury spa /gym with pool and a 17 story Hyatt hotel and parking garage. ATS installed Alerton controls in all common areas and for the central plant, AHUS and garage units.
Lemay Car Museum
This 4-story automotive history museum is 165, 000 ft2 and boasts 15 galleries, an education center, theater, administrative offices, banquet and meeting halls, lobby and gift shop. LeMay’s curved roof and architectural design presented unique challenges including the use of sound attenuation and the placement of rooftop units and VAVS.
Husky Stadium
Originally built in 1920, this 72, 500-seat Seattle icon has been completely renovated. The 70, 000 ft2 Football Operations Building will be pursuing LEED Gold Certification as part of the project.
ATS installed Alerton controls on RTUs with BACnet integration, HRU systems, nearly 200 VAVs, Makeup Air systems and a condensing water system.
